Hello, I am located in Indiana and got this lease quote on a 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Edition 1. Not getting much detail from the salesperson about what is included in the Total Discount line item. Comes out to $854 a month with taxes/title/registration included for 36 months / 10k miles and $0 down. This doesn’t yet show removing those dealer-added accessories I asked them to scrap.
They said they could do a similar deal on a Hummer EV SUV they have in stock.

Hard to evaluate this deal without breaking out the discount. As you stated, the most obvious feedback is to lose the accessories add-on charges. You can look for these other recent deals for comparison-

As the community mentioned, what discounts do YOU qualify for? GM Employee/Supplier, Costco, etc…
Where did you get this deal? If I could get this anywhere I’d take it in a heartbeat. Just not finding anyone willing to get this close in the northeast.

Probably a reasonable deal as far as I can tell, but unless you added the accessories then don’t pay for them.
I have shown these numbers to about 4-5 local-ish gmc dealers. All but one has absolutely laughed in my face. I think this is a great deal, too bad I am not in Indiana.
A dealer here in central Iowa has $3,500 - $4,500 off each 2025 Sierra EV Denali on their website.
in a different region and not sure whether this is real but this is the cheapest I have seen
