For a car you can effectively buy for ^ a couple weeks after leasing it, ~$27k is an immensely high total lease cost.
Not sure how you benefit here from this arrangement. Seems like all the value from this deal is accruing to the dealer and the bank.
that discount has more room depending on if the shop will play ball, and you can definitely do better with the monthly.
