Hi folks, I’m looking to get some input on a 2021 330i xDrive custom order in Bay area, CA. Seems like there are no incentives/rebates at this time (and I don’t have a current lease and haven’t had a BMW in the past).

Negotiated price: 49,280

Drive-off: ~$2500
Monthly: ~$550/month plus tax
Residual: 58%
MF: 0.00099
With 7 MSD: MF = 0.00064 (~$520/month)
Is this a good deal for a custom 2021?

12% off on a custom order is very strong assuming no incentives are included.
You’re getting 12% off on a 2021, which is really good at this point. MF already at base, so nothing you can do there. If you have no incentives, that’s the only drawback. No incentives, no USAA/PenFed, no OL, no lease-to-lease, you may be SOL and it is what it is at this point.

Did you check with the folks on Edmunds? Nothing for conquest?
Didn’t see any with the color, wheels etc that i was looking for. May look again if there are incentives for 2020
I don’t have an existing lease so conquest probably won’t apply here
You’re better off waiting for the next UDE event for the next OL code or signing up for penfed to lease 2 months later. Could also aim for a 2020 model for more incentives unless you really want the Apple key. Link to the next UDE event below:
