Can you post the calculator? Can’t tell offhand other than MF is fully marked up. Probably to make up for the discount given. New or demo? Also, any incentives?
What incentives are included in that selling price?
MF is fully marked up, which isn’t great, but if that discount is pre-incentive, it’s a solid discount on a new one.

My first offers were for base MF and .0012 but every offer they sent back was with .00158.

Your residual is probably 59%. Also, are the fees and tax rate accurate (not default values)?
Pre-incentive discount at 9.4% is probably as good as it gets for now. But the fully marked up MF and limited incentives aren’t helping.

For reference this deal is essentially ~7% discount pre-incentive at base MF.
Certainly not the worst deal we’ve seen but far from the best, given M340’s are in short supply might be as good as you’re going to find if waiting a month or two is out of the question.
I:d say wait a few months if you can. You might be able to save another 3-4% if that:s worth it to you
