If they have used it within the last year, yes. I looked back at my account and I’m eligible for Supplier but I did not use mine when I bought my Bolt last year since there was a potential issue with the GM rewards I was going to use. I think I used my wife’s Educator discount instead, which for whatever reason stacks with the reward points. I think someone started a supplier share post here but I don’t know how much traction it has gotten yet.
