Chevrolet Blazer EV... Reservation & Ordering Discussion

Deal got better with this deal since GM gets credits back.

I no longer qualify for the tax credits. Would this order still make any sense for me or should I cancel the order?

I mean when the order was placed there wasn’t a tax credit on this and you can get it’s a refundable deposit even if you went. Seems low risk to keep but up to you.

I’m guessing you enjoy bland interior of Tesla or Volvo

Does Tesla come with 6 year bumper to bumper and 1.99% interest rate 72 month?

a friend got that on gas version.

GM gives out nice deals, IDK about tesla

GM is 3 years for free. You can get extended warranty for an additional cost.
Buick / Cadillac is 4/50

One extreme does not welcome the other extreme.

GM sells more cars then Tesla and Volvo combined.

Also unlike both of them has cheap brand, sport brand and luxury brand that elites purchase.

GM does know wtf people want and specially after 2008 fiasco has changed.

she got 6 years for free, got the car at MSRP was able to lower interest rate from 3.0 to 1.99 (with current inflation rate she is saving money every month) and it was not off the lot vehicle, it was custom build from factory. GM throwing down deals to get every car sold.

now show me where tesla/volvo is giving out 6 year bumper to bumper for free and low interest rate loans.

she got the car 3 months ago.

Bolt EV is little Prius car and ugly, people buy it out of desperation cus its good value, this is true GM SUV and will sell like hot cakes because of nice size and looks. current problem with Blazer gas is not having chips, my friend blazer still doesn’t have heated seats because they delivered it with chips missing to be installed later.

It’s not free. Somebody paid for it whether she did or the dealership did.

Don’t expect this across the brand.

GM released Blazer EV pricing today. LOL

2024:
1LT - cancelled
2LT - $56,715
RS - $60,215
SS - ?

Initial pricing announced during debut last Summer:
1LT - $44,995
2LT - $47,595
RS - $51,995

Safe to say the $30k Equinox EV is not happening.

Another $60k EV. Sincerely hope they keep production controlled on this, otherwise this will belong in Future unicorn thread in a year.

For those of you that have a reservation on a Blazer, is there any reason to hold onto it if you don’t plan on getting one? I was planning on getting one but the eqs deal had other plans so now I don’t need the blazer. I can’t imagine these will be flippable? Isn’t GM trying to stop that?

I’m keeping mine because it’s still refundable. Once the dealer reaches out to confirm, I might change my mind.

Why would anyone buy a Blazer RS over a Cadillac Lyriq? This pricing makes zero sense. Let alone the competition that is far less money.

The thing is these legacy automakers are bleeding cash with every EV sold at massive losses. Even at these new inflated prices GM still isn’t making a dime.

This is why I’m skeptical of the $35k Volvo ex30. Although I did not expect a $60k Blazer EV. Seems a bit much.

I have a first day Blazer EV 1LT reservation. Has anybody heard if they are offering any options – given they will not be offering this trim? @ChevyGuy @chevysalesgirl do you think I should hold onto this or get my $100 back.

Just hold on- it’s comin’ home.

We’re getting 2 soon as ā€œDemoā€ models- so that the public can come to test drive them…final consensus still hasn’t been released to know when we’ll begin to get allocation…
