If 23 no lock on anything would happen. Not sure they can price lock or rate lock if its new model year. Odds are they will be built this year and sit around for months waiting on trucks. Shipped in middle of winter 
A 2022 Charger, would still be a MY22, even if delivered in 2023 (which I wouldn’t expect it to be that late anyway).

23 will likely be short build year. Brampton is supposedly getting revamped to build electric.

Correct. Also, if the supply/demand is like this year, one will have to get a MY23 order in early on IMO.
