One of my dealers claimed the MY23 Hellcat won’t be available until November of this year. I’m not sure if he was referring to the order banks, or when the cars would/should start getting delivered - I didn’t care to ask for clarification at the time.

Debaged 392. The 392 WB’s are often underrated cars IMO. The 6.4 is a great motor itself. I also see someone had paid the ~$500 upcharge for the red calipers, like I “had” to. 
How can you tell from photo?
Hood is a dead giveaway, unless it was swapped. Rims make it fairly obvious as well, again unless swapped, or it is an older model HC. Also the spoiler - only the ScatPack’s have that shape of spoiler, and matte black from the factory.

That car would need the red interior, and definitely keep some sort of color on the calipers. Good color for the car IMO, but I don’t think I’d order it for myself (too many other great colors to choose from).

And mine is the complete opposite of what you and @anon65069371 are reporting. I’m ONLY allowed to select the red seat belts with the black interior. I’ve played with this a bunch of times previously, because I had wanted the sepia with the red belts.
Anymore info on excluded regions? I’m in Pa.

I looked a week ago and it was not included in MA.
Then, I looked today and it said programs were updated 5/22.

What’s the latest on available colors or what cannot be ordered?
Now that I have ordered one. I noticed there are so many V6 GT trying too hard to case Scat Packs or HC on the freeway.
