Second time using Quentin in 6 months. This time to get a new 2020 Mercedes S560 for a family member. Quentin was able to get me a loaner 330i last December at a price no broker/dealer could beat. It had the exact color and options that I wanted.
There was some miscommunication when I arrived at the finance office of the dealer regarding the 0 down. The finance manager stepped out, called the salesman working with Quentin and was able to resolve the issue which I appreciated.

Working with Quentin was a great experience. Heâs knowledgeable, polite and thoroughly professional. Considering the number of people he works with, his quick response time is remarkable. He was able to get pricing on a CX-5 GT that my local dealers werenât even willing to discuss (one said âwe canât do that priceâ and another said âthat pricing is unrealisticâ 
). The experience at the dealer was fantastic as well, we would have been in and out in under 30 minutes if there wasnât a slight mixup with the paperwork (which had absolutely nothing to do with Quentin). No unpleasantness, no sales people trying to sell us anything extra, just signatures on paper and out the door.
I had just gone through the research and negotiating process to get a relative a car a month prior and the difference between DIY and going through Quentin is night and day. If you value your time (and money) at all, drop him a line. Heâs worth every penny of his fee and after hearing about my experience and his prices I already have a few relatives asking for his contact info. Iâll definitely look to work with him again for our next lease.

Quentin is the KING in this space. My wife took delivery of her new Audi S5 sportback yesterday and the entire transaction was handled VIP status from beginning to end. On average, I lease between two to three cars per year either for myself, friends, or family. I find it both challenging and enjoyable as itâs a nice distraction, though somewhat in parallel, to the large negotiations I do for multinational businesses professionally.
I donât need help with leasing, but when someone has done the work for me and is able to get a lower price than I am, I figure thatâs worth mentioning and soliciting.
I looked at Quentinâs Volvo posts for this month (Feb '20) but was unable to get my contacts to hit my numbers which Iâd calculated as a bit higher. Quentin, even including his very much deserved consulting fee, was $20 cheaper per month on the Volvo S60 T6 Momentum arranged for my uncle than my best offer from a dealer. He finalized numbers for me quickly (within two hours), gave me my color options, secured the vehicle and assisted with pre-purchase paperwork.
Could not have been easier.
Again, if you are inexperienced at leasing and want a good deal, thereâs a few brokers here that are excellent â Quentin being one that is at the top of his game. Youâll save time, energy, and money paying an experienced broker rather than trying to replicate it yourself unless you have a firm grasp of leasing, incentives, and negotiation.
As someone capable of doing this work myself, Quentinâs relationships beat my offers and eliminated hassle. I highly recommend.

I want to thank Quentin very much for the amazing deal he got me on a car I fell in love with. Quentin was very responsive and made the process super easy and the price he said was the exact price I paid. The car was custom ordered and Quentin was able to get me a better price than even in stock units! And to top it off, he personally delivered the car to me, we signed the papers in less than 20 minutes and DONE.
