Uhhh… Look at me… I had one of 3 cars in the city… 
And come on, Niva wouldn’t be destroyed by something like that Nothing short of direct tactical nuke, and then you can still probably find a guy who can put it back together with some parts he just happened to have for some unexplained reason.
The rest was melted during snow removal by snow effers 5000?
