Back at the end of March, I took delivery of a 2022 Hydro Blue Wrangler 4Xe from Mike @Bostoncarconcierge . This is the 2nd vehicle Iāve leased through Mike in the last 3 years. His process is so incredibly easy. Heās a true gem to work with. The dealer he works with drove my Wrangler from their store in MA to the DMV in Norwalk, CT. They had all the paperwork ready for me in a folder. I just had to physically walk into the DMV to register it myself. The product specialist went over the Jeep with me and took his time. The contact at the Jeep dealership handled everything (including making the appointment at the DMV). Walk into any Jeep dealership in Fairfield County or even the entire state to see how much it would be for a 4Xe. The level of personalized service you get wit Mike is simply unmatched. If you are on the fence about a 4Xe wrangler, take my advice and ādo it!ā Make sure you get the open sky roof. Iāve put almost 2,500 miles on it. Itās a great vehicle. Comfortable, economical, very cool.

Overdue but If youāre in MA and you want an easy, hassle-free, white-glove experience Mike is your guy. Heās incredibly knowledgeable and fast to respond to emails. Got us into a Mach E earlier this year at a time they were impossible to find, never mind at sticker.
While weāre often left out of other broker deals because of unique Mass registration rules @Bostoncarconcierge gets deals that has LHers wishing they could be part of this glorious Commonwealth.
Worth every penny and then some.

Mike @Bostoncarconcierge comes through once again! I leased my 3rd vehicle from Mike. His process is super easy. Heās phenomenal to deal with & always answers questions very quickly. The dealers he uses play no games. No upselling. My 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was delivered from his dealer right to the DMV closest to my house in CT at no extra charge. Thanks again Mike!
Long overdue, but I wanted to add my review and say that anyone who is at all on the fence about whether or not they should go with Mike @bostoncarconcierge, just do yourself a favor and hit him up.
I had done deals with a couple other LH brokers before reaching out to Mike, and even though they worked out in the end, it seemed like there was always something not 100% right. Slow communication, people on the brokerās team not relaying all aspects of the deal to each other correctly, issues at pickup, surprise charges, etc. With Mike, there is none of that. No surprises, going above and beyond to explain any aspects of the deal I had questions about, a smooth dealership experience with no upselling or delays, and the one time there was a small issue (dealership misplacing one of the keys and having to mail it to me later), he stayed on top of it until it was sorted and I was satisfied.
At this point, my family has completed 4 deals through Mike, and I know weāll have more in the future. Other brokers may have slightly steeper discounts, but none have better service, and Iād rather have a great deal I can count on than an amazing deal that falls apart or takes a bunch of back and forth.

In this tough market, Mike came through for us again. I have leased two vehicles with Mikeās help in the past and had a wonderful experience. In this market, Mike found the best deal for us which was purchasing rather than leasing. I always go to him for car buying advice and probably annoy the crap out of him but he is always there to help out. I canāt recommend his service enough! Heās so good I want to buy things from him that I shouldnāt.
As many others have said, Mike is absolutely the best to work with. I reached out a few months in advance of my lease end, and there werenāt any deals that made sense at the time. We connected again recently and he was able to work out a deal on the car we were looking for, which is certainly no easy feat given the market. Having worked with Mike before, we knew it would be an outstanding experience. His communication was excellent, he answered every question (even the stupid ones), and he made sure that everything was taken care of in advance, so we simply showed up to sign the papers and drive off. There is no doubt we will continue to use Mike for all of our leasing needs, and will strongly recommend him to all of our friends. Thanks, Mike!

Mike was great to work with. From my initial email to signing the final documents for the new vehicle (From home), The whole process only took 2 hours. This was the fastest, most efficient way I have every experienced securing a vehicle. Mike was super communitive and helpful along the way. Mike was great to work with! I took one of his Leasehackr posted deals for a RWD Q4 etron and couldnāt have been happier. No surprises at all through the rest of the transaction and everything was efficient and fast along the way.

I just want echo everything that has been said in this thread about Mike. Reached out on Tuesday, drove our new CX90 home from the dealer on Saturday. He is incredibly quick to respond, completely transparent, and truly offers a seamless experience. I probably spent a total of an hour communicating with Mike, doing the credit app, e-signing documents, and picking up the car. Compare that to writing emails to multiple dealers, negotiating endlessly, going through the process at the dealer, signing everything in person, and picking up to car. Mikeās fee on this deal equates to about $12 a month. Iām sure I saved much more than that on the deal itself, plus the hours of time. Highly recommended!

Recently picked up a 2024 Q5 e from Mike. The process could not have been easier or more stress free. Communication and expectation setting was amazing through the entire process.
A few quick emails and text or two with Mike and I was setting up time to go do the paperwork at the dealer.
The dealer Mike works with was amazing. The dealership experience was straightforward and pressure free. I showed up and spent ~10 minutes doing paperwork. From there they gave me the keys so I could go for a test drive while they worked on paperwork.
I was in the finance office ~10 minutes after coming back from my test drive and I was on my way home ~30 minutes later. Given the time of day I was too late to register the vehicle but I knew that ahead of time.
I returned a few days later to pick up car and was in and out in ~45 minutes. The most challenging part of this process was finding time to get to dealer because of an issue I had at work which prevented me from getting to dealer as soon as I would have liked.
