It just came out, tell him to check
“for any customer contracting with multiple security deposits…” - to me this sounds like currently having MSDs on their current lease. So, nothing new there.

Don’t hold your breath. “Effective immediately” is probably from 6-8 months ago (or more) when BMW restored it for current leases with MSDs. Swift just found it, I guess.
Interesting enough, if this is the old program, I don’t think anyone indicated an expiration date of 7/31 before. I would assume this is just a trial period and it would be extended…but you know what happens when you assume.
Wouldn’t our BMW dealers be the first to bring this news to us? 
Actually, correct me if I’m wrong - didn’t they start it about a year ago? Hence, July 31 expiration.
