Why not get a 30 month lease and qualify for Ca state rebate of $2,500. And if you have SCE or PG&E you get additional $500 or $450 rebates. If you have costco membership, that’s another $500 towards cap reduction. Bottom line you can fund the post sales refunds ($3000) towards down payment to buy down monthly payment. You get those money back anyway. Jus my thoughts.
