It’s not possible for you to get a 39 month loyalty lease term if you don’t have a BMW in your household now. Does someone in your house have one?

You get 6 months, so you do get loyalty. But this is a really bad deal. Reach out to one of the brokers in your area. They will smash this deal.

Look at my comment. You are better off financing this vehicle. You would pay $35.5k to borrow the car for 39 months and have nothing to show for it at the end.
Problems with your “deal”:
- No discount off MSRP.

Look @ AronchiAuto - I saw he had an Alfa Romeo Guilia lease @ $575 a month with Taxes & Docs DAS (way under 10k. More like $2-3k)
