Which Porsche dealerships are most likely to offer discounts on SUV’s? I have been calling dealers in Florida and they hardly offer discounts. Looking for a used Cayenne GTS or Turbo, or new Cayenne S. Should I be contacting dealers in NJ or NY or some other state? Appreciate the insight.
You’re going to have a hard time getting a significant discount on a used car, most used cars have worse margin than used cars.
On a new Cayenne S, I wouldn’t expect more than 6% off.
Realistically, if you’re playing in the GTS or Turbo game for purchase, you don’t want to be looking for the cheapest price, you want to look for a spec that is exactly what you want, in good condition, and CPO’d by a reputable dealership. I cannot stress enough, if buying, you should go see the car in person.
Unless you truly don’t care at all and just want the cheapest price, but most people buying that level of car aren’t just price shoppers.

I’d recommend investing time into learning how to buy, in general. Respectfully…it seems there is a lack of skill/knowledge there. The brand is regardless at this point.
I thought this forum would be a bit more collegial. Porsche is notoriously difficult to hack. That was true even prior to COVID. I was hoping my fellow leasehackrs would provide some useful insight. I appreciate some of the responses. Yours, not so much.
Thanks for the response. Porsche was difficult to hack, even before COVID. Some of these Porsches have 2-3 owners in less than 2 years. Perhaps that is due to the market distortions created by COVID. Even so, even if 1 owner babied the car, who knows how owners 2 or 3 treated it. I appreciate the insight. I have been leaning toward buying a new one but cannot bring myself to pay MSRP for a Cayenne. The leashackr gods would not approve.
I think you’re better off buying a 2-3 year old one, they’re a good value at those prices. I’ve had several and they really are amazing cars overall.

According to Scott you can get up to 6% off MSRP on a new S.
In general focusing on MSRP is neither here nor there in an inflationary environment such as during COVID. There was no difference between paying, say, $100,000 MSRP + $5,000 ADM in 2020 vs paying $105,000 MSRP with no ADM in 2021, assuming no change in equipment levels.
This is why I recommend CPO cars, the Macan alone has gone up almost 10k since 2022 with the only new standard feature being adaptive cruise…
You are insufferable. Enough with the gaslighting. It’s a disservice to others going through this site seeking answers to similar questions. Certain dealerships and/or dealership managers are better to deal with on price than others. There are even threads on this forum that support this.
For the used Cayennes, have you narrowed down what model year? With regards to new Cayennes, I believe some Porsche brokers might be offering a discount off MSRP. You might have to venture out of Florida and work with an out of state dealer.
I think some Porsche dealers might not sell to out-of-state / out-of-region customers.

Florida Porsche dealers act like they’re doing you a favor. No follow up. Constantly want to talk over the phone (and won’t send numbers without doing so first) and continue to insist that you come into the dealership. If I were looking at 911s, this might make more sense - there are more customers than cars available. But I’m looking at Taycans and talking to at least one dealer who still has brand new 2023 Taycans on the lot. It makes no sense.
