Bad Audi Lease signed. Seeking for suggestions

Ok, I see I can not believe any word from the dealer …
Since 7500 of the EV rebate only applies to leasing offer but not purchasing (either cash or finance), the finance department may has red flag or something. Is that real policy of Audi?

Did you try plugging data (base MF, RV, fees, etc) into the LH calc to see what your payment should have been? Saying ‘this is too high’ in regards to 710 payment is absolutely meaningless. Why is it too high? Did they rope you into a bunch of add ons too? If so those will need to be cancelled.

I could actually take advantage of the discount through buyout right?

You think we can do it? I would not care about surveys if they could “end up in cyberspace”

Good or bad every customer gets a survey

thanks.
Does add-on refer to the optional service?
I was added Zurich shield and Zurich PDR

Yep, so your discounts are being reduced by those add ons…post your lease contract sheet which shows how your cap was calculated.

Why do people do this? Sign deals then say “I found this site after”.

Like buying a house at a certain rate and then finding out you could have gotten a better deal. It will simply eat you alive and all of us will just gaslight you saying you got a terrible deal lol

Yeah, it is crazy…I wonder what the true real world percentage is of people who lease cars that really know how the lease/payment works?! It has to be single digits.

Uneducated and lazy with numbers means you pay way too much…dealers love to sell leases to clueless people as so many ways to hide things.

Probably less than .5%.

More than likely how the car leasing industry was established and became prevalent.

LOL at less than 0.5%! Man that is scary…people signing multi page documents with many tens of thousands of dollars involved and have no clue what doing!

I agree with you on leasing industry established and prevalent…gets the uneducated sheep thinking just about payment!

It is funny

The guy I got my BMW from, he works at Audi now. He got 2023 etron RS for $1250 a month with 0 DAS. He said it was a killer deal and no one else can come near it.

I showed him my contract showing one pay lease at $6200. He is like bro no way. I know he is punching the air lol

I mean there are unicorn deals that are hard to match by even experts…I’m just talking the basics of knowing how your lease is built and people negotiating competitive numbers for sales price, MF, etc for at least a ‘decent’ deal.

I’ve thought about starting up a consult biz just to advise people on financial stuff like mortgages or leases because so many are clueless!

How much was all the Zurich crap they added to the deal? Just by roughing things out in the calculator my best bet is that they showed you a really high discount and then made it all back in the finance office with those Zurich protection plans. Your deal doesn’t look far off from a deal at full MSRP minus rebates so that $5,000 discount went somewhere. The good news is that you can cancel those protection plans, which I would do immediately.

3235 usd………

Yep, that is why I asked him to post his itemizations so we can see how cap built and DAS calculated.

Well there you go. That’s about 90 dollars a month before tax and interest, or around 2/3rds of the cash due at signing.
