I just took delivery of a BMW i4 M50 today in Northern California, and I can’t thank Youn enough for the smooth experience and strong customer service. Working with Sam was the fastest and smoothest lease process I have ever experienced. I contacted him in the late evening and he was very responsive even though it was late. He took our criteria and found us the perfect match with prices that were far better than we’d received from multiple dealerships. By Thursday, we signed the paper work and by Friday morning it was delivered. The process took 2 days and a few online signatures and that was it. This is long overdue! I worked with Sam for a MB from out of state and we narrowed down to one. I put down a deposit and everything was approved.
