Another awesome review for Sam. I recall that about 3-4 years ago, I had referred him to a co-worker for a 530e, and that process went as smooth as could goā¦and the vehicle was delivered to work and paperwork completed on the spot.
This time, I was looking for a company car and was struggling with what to get. Another 8 series convertible, an X5 M60i or a 7 series of some sort. He helped me go through a bunch of available cars to look for the option package and color that I wantedā¦this was a LOT of cars. Ultimately, I agreed to custom order an 8 series convertible, but when promotions for free charger/$2,000 install credit was extended for the i7, I was able to cancel the ordered car and grab an i7. Sam wanted to chat over the phone and went over all availability until I found the perfect car, even going so far as to reconfirm with me what was standard and what was optional in the 7 series (there are a lot of features). Once decided, paperwork was all digitally signed. I was near the dealership, so walked in, signed some papers and was out in 10 minutes. There was also the option to delivery, but I get antsy about wanting to get in my vehicle ASAP.
Sam is quick, no BS and has quotes generated in a matter of minutes. He doesnāt play with the money factor and applies a competitive discount and makes sure all rebates/incentives are included. Top notch all around and will be always using Sam in the future.

Car was delivered the day of my returned and it was parked when I got home!

Worked with Sam to buy a 2024 BMW iX. Iām a first time leaser, so obviously I had lots of basic questions. Sam did a great job and put me at ease. We found a great car, but it got stuck at the port due to recall, so we found another car with same config but different color.
I also wanted to learn what a typical lease would contain and Sam shared his lease(!) as a sample lease. He obviously didnāt have to do all that - to go out of his way to help me.
I was off Monday, so although Tuesday was when it was originally planned to be delivered, Sam worked with dealer to help me get it delivered on Monday, so I didnāt have to take off to pick up the car. This literally saved me having to take off another half a day.
Overall Sam is great. If you are considering leasing and you are first timer like me, definitely worth giving Sam from Autopia a shot, youāll not be disappointed.

I have researched for months but still went with Sam and Autopia, and it turns out to be the best decision I made! Sam is always available for questions and he helped me find the best deal available fits my requirements and budget, heās also helping throughout the process coordinate with delay on dealer side. Sam and Autopia were a great broker/advocate/question-answerer during the whole leasing process for our IX. Most of all, he stuck with me through the long wait and it definitely was more than worth it in the end. We also got a great lease deal through him. Would recommend for your next purchase!

Thereās not much more I can say about Sam and Autopia that hasnāt already been said. Heās responsive, patient, and helpful, which was comforting to a lease newbie like me. I donāt think Iāll ever buy a car another way again.
We tracked down an iX build that matched what I was looking for and, to top it all off, shipping from NorCal to SoCal was included as part of his services. Took a while because the car was coming from the port, but was finally able to land this beast after a few weeks.
Owning a BMW has been a personal goal of mine since I was a kid and it wouldnāt have been possible without Sam; canāt recommend him enough!

Sam is really helpful on my way to get the 1st leased car! He offered a reasonable rate at first, which saves the potential long negotiation process. And as Iām basically a newbie in the car buying/leasing area, Sam helps explain every step to me, and also helps me get the car insurance within just one day. Strongly recommend Autopia and Sam if you want to save money&time on getting your car!

Sam was AMAZING. First time using a broker, he was so easy to deal with, extremely responsive. Literally replied within minutes of me reaching out about a 2024 IX on a Sunday while every other broker took their sweet time getting back to me 1-2 days later. He gave me a great deal on the spot with the exact model, colors, and packages I wanted and made sure everything was seamless. I never spoke to anyone at the dealership, everything was e-signed, and the car was shipped to me with a free upgrade to enclosed shipping. It literally took less than 30 minutes total to buy a car with no upsells, fees, or anything else. Truly felt like he had my best interest the entire time.

First time with my own lease, new car, and luxury brand! Iāve always had anxiety dealing with smug better-than-you salespeople, but Iām so glad Sam was there to help!
Sam helped me with a custom order 2024 BMW iX50 and I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a lease deal! 7 days a week, Sam had a 5 min text response time!
Where dealers and other brokers wanted to talk me out of custom and picking something thatās on the lot, Sam took all my options and put it into the order within a day. He also had the best discounts at the time, plus a very very good broker fee.
I placed the order in Nov 2023 and although I didnāt pick up the car until Feb 2024 (BMWās issues), Sam was able to stay true to the deal and get me the agreed price. Easy e-signatures on the morning the car was ready at the dealer. Signed and done deal!

I texted Youn multiple times and he was flawless through the ordering process as I honed in on my 2024 M340i. From beginning to end Youn and Sam gave me constant updates and next steps and I had my car within a couple weeks.
They were also able to get me started on an insurance policy within their network despite the pain of dealing with companies in CA.

Autopia is by far the best experience ive ever had to get a new car. I reached out to Sam and Pedro during the crazy week after the holidays, got an instant reply with all the info i needed. They were collaborative and helped me find the exact car I was looking for. The deal they secured was better than anything else i found on the site and almost 40% less than what my local dealer tried to get me to sign.
Throughout the process they kept me up to date and immediately let me know when some things were occurring that may cause delays due to shipping. They were always responsive and fantastic to work with. They were even able to secure an extra accessory i was really hoping to get for the car to keep it in great condition. Already recommended them to my coworkers and I know ill be back when this BMW i4 lease ends.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Sam, a sales associate at Autopia, and while the overall process was relatively smooth, there were some aspects that left room for improvement.
One of the primary areas that could have been better was communication. Throughout the process, I found that updates were occasionally lacking in detail and seemed to be copy and pasted without much context. This lack of clarity made it difficult to fully understand the progress of the transaction and left me feeling a bit in the dark at times.
However, what impressed me was Samās willingness to address my concerns when I expressed frustration. After a particularly unclear update, I reached out to Sam, and he took the time to speak with me over the phone. During our conversation, he acknowledged the shortcomings in communication and provided me with a thorough explanation of the delays. This personal touch was appreciated and helped alleviate some of my frustrations.
Overall, my experience working with Sam at Autopia was positive, but there are areas that could be improved. I believe that clearer communication and more transparent timelines would enhance the customer experience significantly. While I appreciated Samās efforts to rectify the situation, it would be beneficial for these improvements to be implemented proactively rather than relying on the customer to initiate communication.

A big shout out to Roy from Autotopia for his invaluable assistance with my new Mercedes E350 lease. Right from the start, Roy made the entire process enjoyable! He was not only prompt in his responses and transparent with pricing, but also incredibly patient in guiding me through each step. Had a really good experience getting an Infiniti lease through Autopia. Shout out to Brad who helped me look for the exact spec car I wanted and working with the dealer to get me a great deal. Roy replied super fast and thoughtfully, pick up is also very smooth, upload the material, check the car, sign you name and get your key, simple and elegant. A very pleasant experience!
