Ash was really helpful in finding several cars in my price range in less than a day. A local dealer ended up calling willing to meet my price, but would still recommend AutoActionSales from the experience I had firsthand with Ash.
Want to give a big recommendation to Ash who was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Ash was very responsive, very knowledgeable and always put the client first. There was no question that was too over the top for Ash and I was able to get all of my questions answered. Outside of the amazing customer service, Ash also got me the best deal on my 2021 Q5 Premium by far and with the exact trim I wanted. Dealer process was very smooth as well, I arrived and the sales representative knew I was coming and gave me the keys at the door with no haggle.

I’m in Georgia, and I reached out to several brokers in the Midwest and Northeast in search of a new Audi e-Tron.
Ash was the first to respond, and he took the time to talk with me and discuss my options. He even was willing to reach outside his usual network to find a vehicle closer to me to make for an easier delivery.
Ultimately, a local Atlanta dealer stepped up with a competitive offer, and so I did not buy through Ash.
Still, I would gladly work with Ash in the future, and I highly recommend him.
Ash was very knowledgeable and helped us get our Audi Q5 plug in hybrid. Called in the morning and by the afternoon he found us the car. Great service and price and was patient in explaining the differences in all the Q5’s. He located the car at a local dealer and our salesperson was amazing also. Love the car so far. It was a true pleasure working with Ash to lease a 23 EQS 450. I’m new to leasing and he was thoughtful and took the time to explain many different aspects to me. He also delivered an incredible value that came out to a leasehackr score over 15. I look forward to working with him again the next time I’m in the car market.
Wish I could add my choice to he recommendations of Ash and AutoAction- but I found the process a waste of time and effort. While the initial deal looked good- he wasn’t in command of the process and multiple times the deal would change on me and it felt like a bait and switch- with him blaming it on the Mercedes Dealer changing their terms. First error was the facts of the car. He told me it was a 3000 mile demo then later I saw it had over 6000 miles. Then there was a snafoo on his broker fee. FInally after presenting a car to me and pricing it and confirming multiple times- he called me the day we were to finalize the deal and said dealer wasn’t making any money on that deal and the lease price would change upwards??? It wasn’t a lot of money but the stacking of credibility issues made me sad/disappointed with his reliability or the dealers rreliability (he had said the end dealer was Mercedes of Tampa) but either way they are an extension of Mercedes and this isn’t a fish market- we are buying a luxury car here and Mercedes needs to manage its customer experience.
So I cancelled the deal on principle - I just don’t respect the process and worry more shoes are yet to drop when the deal doesn’t have fidelity. A very big waste of time and effort and more than 25 emails back and forth make for a grumpy buyer without a car!

Throughout our discussion I quoted multiple cars. Some of which sold. Therefore the numbers changed. Not an uncommon phenomenon
This client took it upon themselves to pull my pricing from 2021 and push that I honor it. I won’t be doing that. Offered a $250 discount anyways.
Client is referring to a legitimate mistake on my part. Once again apologizing for this error. Similar cars, just read off the wrong number. Correction was made and apology was given.
I had made a small error in my pricing model due to inventory changes over the weekend. I take responsibility of this in its entirety and apologize for the inconvenience. As consolation, I offered to absorb about half the increased cost in my broker fee (~$200).
