First time poster but very long time lurker of this forum. Also first time using a broker. I reached out to Ash about a demo he posted. The car had sold by the time we talked but he found several that met my criteria and I settled on a brand new 2026 Mercedes GLE 450 nicely optioned. We handled everything through email and text. He was prompt and extremely pleasant.
When I gave him the go ahead we had it all wrapped up (dealer credit app, final numbers, etc) within an hour or so. It was a huge bonus that the dealer was less than an hour and a half from our home. Dealer rep called me, set an appointment for the next day, went to pick it up still hesitant that maybe something would go wrong, but everything was exactly as promised to the dollar. No pressure in the finance office for unwanted add-ons. We were treated like VIPs the entire time.
Ash’s deal was about $7500 better than we could negotiate ourselves on the same vehicle at our local dealer before his fee is considered, but clearly that kind of savings justified the fee, not to mention no haggling or negotiation required on our part. Easiest auto buying experience ever. Thanks, Ash! We’ll be coming back to you when the lease is nearing the end to get another.
