The link to open the frunk is above. Li-on jump pack or jump the battery according to owner’s manual (online).
My guess is one of the accessory lights was left on before it was put on the truck, unless there’s a (12v) charging problem. Whatever it is, it’s under warranty.
If they can’t get it off the truck, I would probably just have them take it to the nearest audi dealership and push it off the truck -
I just shared the same guy 10+ of us have here used with no issues
It’s unfortunate what is happening
At the end of the day it’s under warranty so it’s not going to cost him anything
But it does suck…
Let me us know what the outcome of this turns out to be @KU4D
Or some videos of your wife telling you what a mistake this was
You better tip this driver for delivering your car @KU4D - their wakey-wakey meds are wearing off and they just want to sleep. They didn’t sign up for the Audi VIP experience like you did.
I am only as supportive of a brand as the number of “help - how do I get out it this lemon?” PMs I receive in the same week.
This is a fluke, they’re mechanical and electronic, the break and can be fixed. But you didn’t drive it off the lot and it broke down, you chased a deal and had it shipped. It’s still a deal, it’s probably not a lemon, it’s going to lose it’s “first service visit cherry” before the sharpie on the temp tags dries - not the end of the world. But you need to handle it, it’s Saturday afternoon…
Edit: how far is the nearest audi dealer, and are they open? I’d tip this person $200 to play tow truck, and call ahead.
