It wasn’t available for May. I asked several dealers. Not sure about June. Report back if you do find out. I’d get one with you to make it more attractive for them.
I will ask the dealer I have been in contact with if anything changes if there are 2. They have the Evolve+ AWD and FWD. Which one are you interested in?
That would be great. I’d be interested in the Evolve + FWD for more range. I was going to do the rounds again closer to the end of the month. But, if we can secure a deal earlier I’d be fine as well.
AFAIK, sales tax credit was never “officially” available on Ariya. It always rotating on even slower selling model. I will spoon-feed y’all bullets points here:
- Instead of asking if credit is available, tell them to apply sales tax credit to your deal.
- It will result in either favorable outcome, or they will reject claiming it is not available.
- At this stage, keep your bluff on, tell em to have their GM/GSM/F&I to contact NMAC to get authorization.
- It should result in favorable outcome
- Comeback and share your supporting/counter data point here
GL.
Hey, can I get the dealer info too?
This is true. When asked if tax credit is available they would say no. But, when you asked them to apply the tax credit then things would change. I told one GM to call NMAC and get approval for the tax credit. He said he never did that. But, would be willing. Called and they were able to get approval for tax credit.
This playbook has also worked for Lexus, BMW and even on Stellantis.
Again, control the negotiation, if you ask, you are deferring decision to them. Instead tell them what outcome they need to produce… Nego 101.
Does anybody have a dealer in the Houston area they can set me up with. Would love to get this type of deal asap.
How many dealers did you reach out so far?
I reached out to 4
I think it’s not enough. IMO You need to reach out to all TX dealers in 200 miles radius and find ONLY one who will be at or close to Your requested monthly based on the research.
So you’re saying that the finance company can give you an extra $7500 off if you just ask?
No. I am referring to sales tax line item.
Please read the thread and rephrase your question.
Can someone give me the TLDR?
Are these actual deals in Texas or just wishful thinking? If so, I would like to know as I personally don’t think these low numbers actually exist in Texas
not anymore probably on Ariyas, but with programs on 2023 it was indeed possible, and these are real TX deals.
2023 model year leases no longer supported by Nissan and 2024 numbers are considerably worse.
@Glashutte feeling FOMO’d
Take your time and learn how these deals are structured. There will be other opportunities.
