I started the selling process with Vroom from 5/24. The vehicle was picked up on 6/9 but until now I still don’t receive any email about when they’ll send out the payment check. It’s a leased vehicle that’ll expire 6/23. I called them last Friday they said call back on Monday because they have up to 3 days to process. Today I called again and got transferred four times but non of them provide useful information. One rep said that they will create a case number and another rep said it’ll take them another 3-7 days to process the payment. How long it takes them to send out the payment if anyone sold one to vroom recently?

Just b/c one person received a check in two days doesn’t mean the next person takes 2 days.

About a week. I think the direct contact emails for your advisor are in the contracts you sign so can’t hurt to shoot them a note.
there doesn’t seem to be an email address on the agreement of the rep signed. only the group email address of their paperwork team which I used to email but never get a reply…
