Advice on truck for new job

I will be starting a new job soon and one perk is a $650 month stipend for a vehicle. It has to be a leased 1/2 truck, I am responsible for insurance, taxes, personal use fuel expenses. The company will reimburse fuel used for company purposes and pay 75% of maintenance costs. Also a maximum of $1000 for any insurance claims.

At first I thought, “Awesome, a free truck” but as I was doing more research it seems trucks don’t lease very well.

I have been wanting a f150 for some time but also would look at Ram 1500 and GMC Sierra.

I guess my main question is it possible to lease a mid trim level 1/2 ton in the $600 range?

Thoughts on buying it out at end of lease?
