A hackr worthy template

Apologies Ursus. I should not have used large words

I’m familiar primarily because I found his offerings previous to finding this site. I am aware of what was going on previously and although I have seen accusations thrown around, I really have not seen any definitive proof as to wrongdoing or evidence that anyone was ā€˜taken for a ride’. I’m all for calling someone out for doing something nefarious, and agree that if this is the case, I am behind it.

Also, just because someone has a view point different from yours does not make everyone the one person you do not agree with.

I can assure you that I am not Car Phan or whatever other names, but it also proves that accusations can be thrown around without evidence and reputations hurt. Not saying he’s not deserving, just saying it’s important to be careful with these things. We don’t want to set precedent for future behaviors.

Benedetto,

Thanks. That is exactly what I was trying to prevent. A witch hunt. I really enjoy coming here every day and reading and learning (especially from you) and I even laughed when I saw you put up the template because i recognized it immediately and that whoever filled it out was not doing so correctly or accurately for that matter. And actually I think that’s fine as it’s important for all of us to have opinions and I greatly value yours thus far. And while I’m not disagreeing that he may have used negative means to attract attention or misdirect, I also don’t want to get this forum into the habit of jumping the gun and vilifying people without all the facts in place.

He opened the door the second he dropped my legal name AND creeped on my social profiles.

I’m not going to comment on the template beyond - a broken clock is right twice a day.

LOL, agreed sir.

And yes, that was unethical and borderline dangerous. That in and of itself deserves one to be banned on these forums.

Onyx has ā€œbuyer’s regretā€ and tries to justify buying a 'ā€œlow jackā€ at the finance office (not literally, of course).

Not true!

It was undercoating :stuck_out_tongue:

The thread that keeps on giving

Can we get to the lawyers aspect of things.

Haha same thing for me especially here in Miami.
Can’t get a single piece of information without coming into the dealership

I always go into the dealer to show I am serious then take those numbers online to shop around. Not all dealers are willing to play the game. You have to realize the salesperson has to put himself/herself in front of the finance manager.

@SnowMan

Your right, it also depends heavily on the salesperson you land on, i’m pretty sure they are not allowed to make a decision by themselves.

For example, I went to a Mercedes Dealership here in Miami, huge one, being a very serious buyer.
The salesperson was one of the worst I have ever witnessed. I was looking into a CLA or C Class. I was looking at a 45K MSRP C-Class, so I asked him what would discount he can offer me if I was to look into buying it. He said if you want to buy it its the MSRP you have to pay. Lol.
On the other hand, I went to Audi and the salesperson there was good, you can see he took the sale seriously, went to the manager every time I negotiated lower to get his approval.
