So the deal is now done.
I was ultimately offered $375 for the 35 and $339 for the 28. I ended up going with the 35 because the dealership was local and a little more straightforward (and the 35).
The other guys ended up offering me $299 overnight but I had already signed. The competing dealership told me that the 28 had over 7k miles on it which they really shouldn’t be leasing so there was some shadiness happening over there.
I just threw my deal in the LH calclulator and got a 15.7!

$299 on an X3 28? even with 7k miles that is a STEAL …
Since he is in MA and I am in MA, I will put you out of your misery. There are a handful of BMW dealers here and I know them all lol.
Likely this is from Herb Chambers Sudbury BMW [also has Boston]. I tis unlikely BMW Boston is offering that much of a discount that dealership is packed and treats customers like Sh**t.
There is one in peabody BMW Peabody [also very aggressive], one in shrewsbury Wagner [pretty small] and one in Norwood BMW Gallery.
If you visit their pages you will probably find the car there
