I sent 2 pm’s to a broker, i see they were looked at and no response. business must be good, simple courtesy is a 15 sec response…sorry no inventory…sorry not doing fl. whatever. brokers on this site are getting a little fat with mostly avg deals and 995 fee’s. good luck if the tide goes out
I don’t think you realize how busy dealers and brokers are on June 29 at 10am/1pm ET. I’m sure they want to help but be sure to give them as much relevant info upfront and be patient with a response.
What makes/models are you looking for?
they weren’t sent today, regardless, as i said the message was looked at and a 5 sec response is all that is needed. and it isn’t just this guy, it’s been a few over the last 30 days.
What did your PMs say? Were they sent to brokers who have specific information posted on how to submit inquiries, such as through their sites?

guys, not my first rodeo, I’ve been leasing cars since 1989? when Potemkin leasing in nyc originated the first lease structure. pm’s had all info and yes if available the online questionnaire’s have been filled out. Thanks
Do you wish to name the brokers? I think the other posters were trying to help make this a productive conversation.
Stating that unnamed brokers did not respond to your inquires in a timely fashion doesn’t really help anyone to improve the situation.
If you’re just venting and don’t want any assistance, that’s fine, too.
Looks like GC Auto and AutoNinjas from the posters history and goes back to mid-June.
Just venting, I guess everybody runs their business different. I’m not really interested in disclosing names and getting into a pissing match. I’ll sign off with this post as It looks like I’m in the minority here. Thnx
I’m sure there are lots of other forum users who have had similar frustrations about timing of responses. Car sales folks are super busy and it’s not uncommon for your requests to get lost or forgotten.
Just be respectful and persistent and I’m sure you’ll find there are registered businesses here who would be happy to work with you and accept your business. Or, depending on what you’re after, other regular users can help you hack your own deal. Not that you need it, if you’ve been leasing since '89, but we all need help sometimes.
“Potemkin” leasing in a Potemkin Village?
This is an accurate description because automobile leases were around well before 1989.
I ask the question regarding how you’re phrasing you messaging because when there starts to be multiple people not responding, what you’re saying becomes the common denominator.
Reminds me of contractors ignoring people during the boom times of the mid 2000s. Then construction crashed and they were all begging for work in 2009. The ones who got work were the ones who wrote back during the boom times and said sorry I’m booked. Or recommend someone else. Or provided some minimal customer service.
One of the brokers doesn’t mention anything about serving Florida/shipping in their post and says to text xyz. You sent a pm.
Another thread you commented on the broker hadn’t posted deals since March for that brand.
wonder if it was me. been flooded w fl inquiries that have been ignored

Agree. I work in a totally unrelated industry, but I will call prospective clients back to say, “Sorry, I can’t accommodate a new client now” or “I can’t have a conversation today but will try to call you back in 1–2 days” and they are freq very thankful to simply get that message. Puts your business in a good light.
I don’t have read messages on but sometimes I’m in the middle of something, look at the message and forget to go back. Just text them after the eom is over. It’s very busy
As for the tide turning, if that happens we just get busier. More people looking for lease deals
Looks like you dodged a bullet “brokers on this site are getting a little fat with mostly avg deals and 995 fee’s”
