Signed on Friday for a 24 Lyriq Sport 2 Demo with $6K miles for $545/month, zero down for 24/10. I don’t have the exact details to include in the deal beyond what is in the screen shot. I started at $350 using the current MF and residual and discounting to $68K, then they countered at
$750 then I countered at $450 and they countered at $545. Tried to get them to move off $545 but they wouldn’t. Tried to get the details of the deal including MF and residual but they wouldn’t provide it. I was also negotiating on a 24 Wagoneer S and they were sticking to $650/month for the same term but after I committed to the Lyriq the Jeep dealer came back at $525. I stuck with the Lyriq though. Jeep was 1.5hrs away. Love the Lyriq. Like driving a space ship with all the tech and super cruise.
Enjoy the car in good health!
$545 is with tax included? Also did you opt for the 2 year free charging and did they setup it already for you or not?
Yes $545 taxes included. They didn’t tell me about 2 years of free charging. Is that a new incentive for May?
No. Its supposed to come with the car
Searching online it appears that was only for 2023 models and that incentive ended for 2024.
That incentive ended for 2025 models. For 2024 models it is still good.
Would that have to have been built into the deal or do you think I can get it after the fact?
No. It comes with car. 2023 and 2024 have it. They just need to activate it at the dealership before you can use it.
Thanks I’ll ask them about it tomorrow.
is the $6500 in rebates on top of the $7500 GM adds to the RV? If not what went into the rebate?
They should know what to do. My 2024 came with it. I could choose the qmerit home changing credit for 2k. I received an estimate and it was crazy overpriced compared going with a local electrical contractor. I opted for the evgo promotion. There is not any near me yet but I have used them twice on road trips and it’s worked great. Saved me about $25 each time.
I asked my dealer and they told me only the general sales manager has access to it and he is the only one that can do it. They told me he is out of town currently and will be back midweek this week and to expect it to be taken care of by then. So I am waiting on my EVgo activation as well to get started. Got my 2024 Lux1 AWD this weekend.
Was told that promotion ended at the start of 2025.
Can you confirm for me if you get this done? My dealer is telling me that promotion ended at the start of 2025.
$7500 EV credit isn’t available for the Lyriq
$6500 is $2500 CCR/demo vehicle incentive, $1000 GM friends and family and $3000 conquest.
My LYRIQ deal was 12/30 however the paperwork was messed up and I had to resign in early January. I waited a bit before deciding to choose the qmerit vs evgo option. There was no real sense of urgency. I don’t think I had the evgo promotion applied into my account well into February 2025.
I finally got the dealer to offer it after calling EVGO directly and providing a link to the EVGO website showing it’s still a current offer. Would have preferred the $1500 credit towards charger and install though. Cost me $1325 for charger and install that I already had done and there’s no way I’ll ever use that much charging away from home. Very disappointed they didn’t offer this up front.
Glad you were able to resolve it with your dealer. All 2024 cars qualify for it. So did the dealer put in your info into their portal and you received the email that indicated which of the two offers you want? Or are you still waiting for them to initiate it from their end? I called Cadillac EV Concierge line and they told me my car qualifies for either the $1500 credit install or 2 year EVgo unlimited charging, but the dealer needs to input my info into the portal before I get the email to move forward with it.
I’ve not received anything yet. Just a text from the salesman saying they can offer either the 2yr free charging or $1500 charger install credit but the charger install has to be done by their specific contracted company and I just had it done yesterday by another company I selected. If I would have known the $1500 was an option from day one when I bought the car and we discussed my plan for charger and install (would have been a nice time to bring it up), I would have done that. No way I’ll ever get $1500 worth of charging. I drive like 8K miles/year and almost all within a 25 mile radius.
