2026 M340i lease

Hey guys, I am looking to lease a 2026 M340i.This is the deal structure that was sent by the dealer. I know this deal looks bad but what am i plugging into the calculator wrong making it different than what they sent me?
LH calculator: Leasehackr Calculator - Hack your next lease | Leasehackr

Edit: pulled the trigger on the 2025 M340i. 1350 DAS and 787 monthly 10k/39

Thank you everyone for their input and @IAC able to find that hidden 2025 M340i!

$1000 doc fee? Goodness.

I6 3 series have not been hackable since Covid

Try to push it to 10% off to make up some for the doc fee and then sign it. Good deal for an M340.

I know right! Ridiculous..

I remember it was on the 500-550 range in 2020. Instead I leased a wrx cvt for that price… silly me.

I’ll try to squeeze a little more than that if I can. But 10% does sound promising. I’m just not understanding the 7,800 DAS. I’m going to ask them today. But not too bad of an offer just right off the bat.

Looks like max security deposits?

Not really sure, but the max MSD should be 5950.

Run the numbers for financing and holding for 4-5 years. Value seems to hold. Just sold my 5 yr old 2021 for just under $41k, had 36k miles.

Yea these cars seem to hold their value pretty well. I was contemplating on just buying one used outright cash. But I don’t want to put a hefty down payment and an enormous monthly payment every month on a new one. I’ll most likely have positive equity since I don’t put that much miles on it. I know it’s not the best car to lease but that’s my only option. I’m dailying a 2021 wrx that’s fully paid off. Not sure if I want to sell it just yet.

Keep it until deals get better

Aren’t deals better at the end of the year? If I’m not mistaken?

Why not look into a 2025 then ? Also chances of finding a loaner may be very low but its possible.

There’s only like 10 nationwide. Non near NY, and not every dealer outside state offers leases.

8, and one’s in Manhattan. :upside_down_face:

For leases to get better generally speaking RV/MF/incentives need to get better.

If only the discount is getting better on an unhacked car, then all that changed was that the case for buying became stronger.

You really can’t compare it to F30 340i leases which were clearly over-generous on residuals and rebates (rates were trending around the same)

Not to mention that the current G20 base price is the same as what a well optioned F30 went for.

Hmm, not seeing any in Manhattan. I see 2x 2026s. But there is one 2025 in Springfield NJ online; just called them and its sold. I might just squeeze a little more with the current dealer I’m working with. 829 monthly and 5950 MSD (DAS), is not a bad place to start with at all. 8.37% off of MSRP. I’ll try to aim for 10% or higher.
