2026 BMW iX xDrive45 Deal Check — Oregon (97223), Signing July/August

Hi all, longtime lurker, first post. Looking for current month benchmark pricing on a 2026 iX xDrive45 ahead of a July or August signing. Trying to validate what’s realistic given the recent discontinuation announcement.

My situation
• Location: Portland, OR 97223 (Pacific Northwest)
• Credit: Tier 1 (740+)
• Current vehicle: 2023 Tesla Model Y Long Range AWD lease, ending September 2026
• Conquest credit: Yes, qualifying as Tesla lessee
• Loyalty: No prior BMW ownership
• State EV credit: None active in Oregon
Target spec
• 2026 BMW iX xDrive45
• Dynamic Handling Package (air suspension + Integral Active Steering) is the key option I want
• M Sport Package nice to have but not required
• Color flexible
• Open to demo or loaner units (under 8,000 miles)

Lease parameters
• 36 months
• 12,000 miles per year
• $0 down, taxes and fees only at signing
• Open to MSDs (would do max 7)
What I’ve seen so far
Researched recent signed deals:
• March 2026 California: $623/mo, 13% off MSRP, 0.00120 MF
• October 2025 Colorado: $690/mo, 10% off MSRP plus state credit
• April 2026 Bellevue retail offers around $1,190/mo (clearly room to negotiate)
PNW pricing seems to run higher than CA. Realistic to target $750-820/mo all-in here, or am I being optimistic?

Specific questions for the community

  1. What’s the current month base money factor and 36-month residual on the iX xDrive45?
  2. With the discontinuation announcement, are dealer incentives or BMW lease cash improving?
  3. Any active brokers worth contacting for PNW or West Coast delivery?
  4. Anyone signed a demo iX xDrive45 deal in the last 60 days willing to share numbers?
  5. Is my $750-820/mo target realistic for Oregon, or should I reset expectations?
Not in a rush. Have current Tesla lease running through September so I can wait for the right deal. Open to out-of-state delivery if the math works.

Thanks in advance, this community has been incredibly helpful in my research so far.

If DHP is a must-have, you may want to start looking at other cars -

As inventory decreases, it will only mean the less desirable ones (options, color) are left.

Brokers will ship to the PNW, and a couple even have dealers in the PNW but you’re too far out to start bugging them. Probably July/August. Good luck in your search.

Your already too late. Somewhere around $900/mo effective is probably where the market is at right now for a moderately-equipped IX45. Waiting another month or two will make inventory even harder to find.

Here is a recent example from @IAC

There won’t be anything left in July or August. Even the worst specs will be snapped up by then.

Already are

Hi IAC — interested but DHP is a must-have for me. Do you have or can you source any California units with the Dynamic Handling Package? Based in Oregon (97223), open to shipping. Remote signing works. Please let me know what’s available and the all-in numbers including shipping and broker fee to Portland area.

Perhaps…

Ha — understood. What are the numbers? All-in monthly including shipping to Portland and broker fee, 36/12K, $0 down.

Have you submitted an inquiry?

Just as a heads up, I’d expect an all in (0 due) cost $950/mo+ to get one at this late stage in the game, unfortunately.

Go to Edmunds.com and search for new iX nationwide. The website has option to select DHP and filter the available vehicles. There aren’t many. Of the listed ones, some are custom orders. Other may have been reserved already. Still worth giving call to each dealership. But not all dealerships list in Edmunds. I know at least one listing in PNW that’s fully loaded. I guess it could be at least $1000

There are 14 unsold iX45’s with DHP left in the entire country as per my dealer contact.

Just did! Thank you

If I really found that I’d delete the post and take it as is. :zipper_mouth_face:

Of course I’m not in the market for an iX but if I was.

Max MSD is 10 now…

You’re right. I guess deposit and deal sheet still don’t mean diddly until in my hand :+1:t5::clap:t5::man_facepalming:t5:

I am becoming more open to one without DHP after reading all this…

I have some nice specs without DHP on the east coast if you’re open to shipping.

Tried to warn you :joy: been this way for the past couple of months now.

Seems like everyone is looking for DHP and apparently the Reddit posts are also saying it’s a must-have. Don’t understand it myself but what do I know :joy:

Test drove one without DHP. And, then grabbed one with DHP. Difference in ride quality is noticeable, but not significantly better. But, the real wheel steering is a nice feature (except that I still need to learn how to park in reverse in a straight line). It’s not worth the big premium unless your local roads are that bad. (San Diego is definitely bad). If given a choice between DHP and B&W, I would have gone with B&W. Thankfully, I grabbed one of the last remaining ones with both.
