Yes. You might have to fly somewhere and drive it home, you might have to ship it. If the deal is good enough then deal with that, then. FL and GA are not your target. Volvo incentives are by region not your address so ideally you want one from a region with more incentives.

Figure out what incentives you qualify for, figure out the lease program (edmunds or rate finder), put together a target deal, find dealers with THAT car (you might be looking at 2024 XC90 T8 Plus but the program is different on 25s and Ultimates/Cores) and you effectively ask “is stock X still available? I qualify for X, Y, Z and have Tier 1 credit. If you can lease stock X for $A due at signing and $B per month plus sales tax I can be there _ to sign”. But the math has to add up and not scream
