The contract has a clause in it that says, “if the deal does not fund you either can re-sign the deal at the new numbers or return the vehicle”. That’s why I mentioned earlier to make sure you’re pretty comfortable with it if it comes back at a higher number.
Any idea what the payment might jump to if the deal doesn’t fund?

Looks pretty close to me! The only thing I’d look at closer is to double check on no dealer fee & gov fees being $85. I do not see a dealer fee on the quote so perhaps it’s a dealer that doesn’t charge one like Sonic.
They came back with this deal now. 11.6 on the calculator. $900 more of a down payment than originally promised. What do you think?
