2025 Lexus Rz 300e SoCal Deal Check

Hi all!

Signing this contract today. SoCal.

I thought it is a good deal, but would love to hear your thoughts.

**Also, I will buy it at the end of lease since I will use many more miles than 7.5k **

Should I just keep it at 7.5k or increase it to 15k? Does it matter?

Cheers

Looks good and on par of what is offered in the marketplace section for the same model.

Thanks for your input. I have hit almost if not all offers in socal, either not available or slightly higher left only. Best offer i was able to get last two days. Plus, by June 2, 10000$ incentive will end. it may come back again though.

I’d recommend doing $0 DAS, but with max MSDs instead.

I did not think about this option. Thank you. I will check with the dealer.

Should I do 15k lease instead of 7.5k? Does it matter?

Thank you

Your monthly would increase to around $399/mo, but you get the entire $4k MSDs back at lease end.

Are you sure this model is good enough if you are driving that much? Its battery and charging are not good.

I wouldn’t buy it. Just increase the mileage to 15k.

Usually it’s best to not assume you are going to buy it out at the end. A lot can change over 3 years. For example if you get in an accident that doesn’t total the car would you really still buy it? Of you simply want a new car. In my opinion get the miles you think you’ll need. It will lower the residual so shouldn’t change your total cost much if you do end up buying it.

If you’re set on buying it, check your MF and see if you can get a finance rate lower than that and buy it asap.

I’m a Toyota/Lexus fan, but wouldnt get the RZ unless it was dirt dirt cheap. What do you like about it?

Honestly, you should get @CoastalMotorGroup’s ZDX deal over this.

I have egolf with 125 mile range, i have put 90k miles on it. Still running great. And I do commute about 20k miles a year.

I expect rz will be as reliable. With battery warranty and all that should be a good choice.

Plus rz is as efficient as egolf.

I try to think from all perspectives but so far rz appear to check all points.

Zdx is not an efficient car given the battery size and rangez

Rz has short range but more efficient. Just over 4miles per kwh, which is not bad for SUV EV

Plus zdx much more expensive car with higher absolute residual, isn’t it?

I will strongly consider this, thank you

Apr is about 2.5% with money factor given. Not sure I can get less APR with financing options out there.

Yeah I will definitely check increasing miles. Thank you.

Lexus RZ is one of the EV I’m planning to buy used if I can get a good deal on it. The low range & bad level 3 charging rate doesn’t bother me since it will fit my wife’s usage just fine. The exterior is not as good as RX but the interior is good. My only complain is the lack of sunscreen shade.

Lease with the miles you need.

That way any lease-end decisions can be made with judgment being clouded by a looming bill for excess miles.

I think it is one of the cheapest ev out there available with incentives and dealer discounts. Plus it has high lexus quality. I don’t think there is 30k (after discounts) brand new ev out there
