What is your total rebates now? I’m still waiting to see a sales sheet with the dealer I’m working with.
$14,500. How about you?
wow. that is a great deal. my goodness
best deal i can get is 600 a month 0 down on a 2024 85k MSRP down to sell price of 69k
Sell price of 69k before or after incentives?
Its the same deal but now up by 10 dollars i posted on post 613.
They had told me 555 ran my credit then went sorry made a mistake its now 599. Had talked them down from the deal listed here.
You should be targeting 24 month. Not 36.
I recognize this vehicle and the dealership. Those fees are going to make it a bad deal. They also need to separate dealer discount and incentives for you to evaluate it better in my opinion.
The 24 was higher than the 36 if you can believe that.
Are you sure this is a lease through SFS? That shouldn’t be the case with SFS, that makes me suspect that maybe they are using Ally or something like that to show a big discount with the IDL cash that’s been available on these.
No clue if they are using SFS
It would be a good idea to find out for future negotiations. This dealer is probably a waste of time but you should be specifically telling them what bank to use and what term you want. Quite often a dealer will steer you towards a bank that’s less favorable to you because there are incentives/kickbacks available to them from that bank.
Well my dealers posted their June incentives. $14500 (including $3000 conquest).
They have a $289/mo ScAT with taxes, fees and $2000 down.
I guess 4th of July is when I’ll wait till. Hopefully they’ll be desperate to get rid of the 50+ examples of the Charger they have
ill gladly take that deal.
Is that deal achievable for you, specifically? Do you and @PolandSpring1 live in the same zip code/region/business center? Incentives can and have varied wildly from region to region. You also referenced a previous quote being higher after a dealer pulled your credit. Only you and the dealer would know if they were just playing games or that for whatever reason you don’t qualify for Tier 1 rates. You need to use the calculator and RateFindr to build a deal like that and see what it will take for you to get there.
The sales person indicated he pulled the lease numbers and they had discounted the car on their end too much. My score is over 820 so it doesnt impact teir 1. As per the rate calculator yes I have already used the lease calculator.
All of the above about same zipcodes and everything you spewed is obvious from anyone reading this thread. I made a comment of “ill gladly take that deal”
Ie if presented with a deal like that I would gladly take it.
When evaluating a potential deal on this car (or any car), we can only go by the information provided. You stated that they increased the payment after they pulled credit, that could mean a lot of different things. Even with an 820 FICO score you may not get Tier 1 on an 86k car if your auto history is thin, for example. The line they are giving you about “discounting the car too much” doesn’t make a whole lot of sense since it doesn’t look like they are really discounting the car much at all on their end, depending on the rebates you qualify for. If you want to take what I am trying to tell you as anything but an attempt to be helpful, thats your prerogative but the reality is that a dealer is most likely not going to simply present a deal like that to you. The deal I got on my particular car happened because I structured a target deal myself and told multiple dealers what I was willing to pay and exactly how I was getting to that number. As a Super Supporter, you have the tools necessary to do exactly the same thing and I think you’ll have more success going that route.
Not to mention they are targeting the wrong structure and don’t know the captive lender. For a deal on these you have to target the 24 month through SFS.
There aren’t many Scat Packs left within 250 miles of me that have been in the CTP at dealerships with coupons to offer or willing to sink them all into one deal. One dealership has 5 to give but no cars.
If you’re in this area and wishing for the second coming of the overaged inventory incentive don’t hold your breath. I’ve seen the future and it doesn’t include any Chargers this time, either.
At this point I’d say you’re out of luck if you’re looking for a deal near here. I went to a dealership yesterday to try to help one of the users here and the two remaining SP’s sold while I was waiting for a response.
One of them went to a repeat customer in a TRX that a salesman contacted when he saw me poking around and the other to me after the manager sweetened a deal for me with the coupons he didn’t end up using on TRX guy. Just an fyi, he was up to 4 coupons by the time we were done negotiating your deal and there was only one on the table for me because I wasn’t seriously considering a Charger anymore. Sorry man, snooze/lose thing. You can try taking the version of the deal I sent to use for negotiating in your area.
Good luck and thanks to ElectricEliminator for fueling my obsessive compulsive disorder with this crusade, ya jerk!
Now if someone could just explain to me why this thing was drawn to a local high school on the test drive and I feel the need for a gold chain… never mind.
June incentives have gotten rid of everything except conquest and piled it into one big rebate??? Has anyone else heard similar?
