At that point it’s an internal policy that they should be able to bend. If you’ve been in this much communication with them and obviously they’ll have all of your information for buying the car in general there isn’t any risk of fraud. If you’re trying to put the whole thing on the card for the kickback, I’d see if you could put your foot down there and if they’d move.
If you decide not to do it let me know. I’m at these prices I’d just get rid of my gx550 OT and get one of these
Thank you for having me go back and double check the onepay option. Saving me about $4k.
Got my deal down to $444 net with onepay (2025 SUV 3x not Omega). The general manager asked me to wait till Monday to come in to get everything signed because they’re busy today but I’ll post the deal when it does. The deal sheet will look a little dirty though because they’re going to give me $1000 more for my trade than CarMax and everywhere else was going to so the deal looks better for them on the backend. Should be $16k onepay with $6k in positive equity from trade but will show as $17k and 7k on positive equity rolled into onepay.
Not the most impressive deal on one of these but pretty close if you factor how Illinois does taxes and at an 8.5% tax rate.
is that GX550 that bad? My kids’ friends mom wants one BADLY. she is paying $5K over MSRP just for an allocation here in Raleigh. I told her the car is ehhhh
Yeah my most expensive on my policy is EQS AMG even though its second oldest car I have in the policy. It is going back to MBFS in march so I hope I save some money on this hummer against it.
Don’t count on it. Hummer rates I’ve seen quoted here in NJ are all more than my EQS.
That isn’t bad either to be honest. My buddy was boasting about paying $800 for his 3x and I think he was able to transfer it out after 4 months of being listed.
Yeah I am not holding my breath… my RS6 is the “cheapest” at $593 every 6 months but again i have 7 cars on my policy so i am sure they are robbing me elsewhere.
It depends on your perspective and what is being considered against. It serves the “luxury “ off-roader market pretty well but it is nowhere near as comfortable as onroad suvs like defender , cayenne , x5 etc.
my msrp was 76.5k and I’m getting multiple offers at 83k from whole sellers
Is there no longer a residual bump due to incentives on these ? Last year they would manually add them to residuals. Now they are quoting me 78% on 25 pickup 2x regardless of msrp for 36-10k
Not bad ? This is great. Not too long ago people were paying 50k over for the same truck that you are leasing for 400. Enjoy. I’m looking for one myself and if I find one in that range I will pick it up
78% includes bump. GM will just drop the RV by a few % after 9/30 or may even keep the same to move metal. They will be less affected than others, who provided $7,500 cash.
Here is the quote I got from ca dealer today
22k for one pay lease . I could only reduce this by 4500 based on the calculator based on the breakdown. So in ca based on taxes etc the best you can do on 100k pickup is around 18k
I got quoted 1k for 6 months in NJ so a little bit more than my EQS.
Does anyone know the bonus cash amount for courtesy loaner vehicles ? The particular one I’m looking at has 2k miles and been in service for 3 months . The dealer is only offer 3k for demo rebate which reduces the residual by ~$400. I thought the dealer cash was 5k ?
There are definitely more tiers to how much GMC gives the dealer on the backend for a loaner than just the $3k rebate they show. I can try to ask the contact I have but they’re closed till Monday morning.
I think despite SUVs and 3x having worst residual MF combination they are now leasing better than the pick up. Looks like the higher pick up residual is hurting it, as ultimately the selling price cannot be less than residual. So you end up with less discounts and higher interest cost on higher sales price
If it’s been in service for 10 days, GM is allowing for 3 rebates:
$3,000 GM INCREMENTAL CCR FOR RETIRED COURTESY TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES
$2,750 GM COURTESY TRANSPORTATION OUT-OF-SERVICE PROGRAM
$2,750 GM COURTESY TRANSPORTATION IN-SERVICE PROGRAM
Total of $8,500
Typically it would have needed to be in service for 60 days (not sure mileage) but as of mid September GM decided to allow it with 10 day loaner vehicles over 1,000 miles. Learned this from a district gmc manager
What’s MF reduction for one-pay?
Some dealers aren’t wanting to do one-pay but wondering if it’s significant saving over monthly lease.
