I live in MI and my 2021 Chevy Trax is up in June. My current payment is a whopping $189/month. I do have availability to get a friends/family discount on the vehicle since I live in “GM Country”.

Does anyone know the money factor for a 3yr/36k lease? Should I do it this month and pull the trigger or wait until June to do the lease? I do not care that the 2025 is a remodel. It’s just a car to get me from point A to point B. I live in Macomb County, sales tax is 6%.

Does anyone recommend a dealer/sales person to deal with? Also, should I try to sell my Trax (I think the buyout is very high since my lease was so low). Also, I want to keep my payment ~$300/month. Thoughts/help, please. Thank you in advance.
