Nice deal, do the fingers in the pics come w the car?

Haha. I only see one finger…and it’s directing your attention to the wheel. And, as always, everything is negotiable. :sunglasses:

I’m in Atlanta. So I would pay $5450 down and $435/month?

No. The payment is only $350/mth. The $435 is the effective payment if you divide the $3000 down by 35 months remaining and add it to the $350 actual payment.

So $5450 down ($2450 refundable) and $350/month.

Thanks

the car currently has 3714 miles so I would have 18,786 miles to drive until 1/15/28?

You would have 25719 - 3714 = 22,005 miles to drive through the end of the lease (7.5k/year)

solid deal. if this was a 10k/year I would’ve jumped all over it

Why don’t you just buy the miles? At 0.23c per mile do you really think you’d still not come out on top?

You actually have 3 choices:

1 - pay 25 cents per excess mile at maturity
2 - prepay at 23 per now either in bulk or arrange to spread the cost over the remaining payments
3 - prepay at 23 per up until 1 day prior to maturity when you know exactly how many you need

No reason not to make a little effort to save big.

For those that use this metric, Leasehackr Score = 13.1 years

Just posted on SAL

I’m sure this will fly, but throw it on Facebook as well with a burner GV number for both. Here are my stats and numbers

Interesting stats. I’ll probably wait a little longer to see if I can find someone on LH or SAL…not sure I want to deal with the crazies on FB. :sunglasses:

I’m surprised that no one on LH has taken this already. I haven’t seen any other xDrive40s for this effective payment…and I’m pretty sure it’s even lower than most eDrive40 payments.

I think there’s less activity in general. Wonder if it’s related to tax season. The worst thing about FB is getting constant “IS IT STILL AVAILABLE?” messages and no follow thru.

There’s a whole bunch of BMW transfers with large Cash Due and/or MSDs posted around the same time as well. Not a lot of folks can or want to do Cash Due/MSDs so that’s probably playing a part for all the postings.

There may be a subset of people that don’t want to put cash down or MSDs but I don’t think it’s the majority. I would guess that the majority of LHs want the best overall deal. Look at the number of one pay deals that are posted here. And the number of broker deals structured with cash down and MSDs. And read the MSD thread that just came back to life.

MSDs on BMWs equate to a 14-16% return, tax free. I’d put down more MSDs if they would allow it.

This is a smoking deal! Unfortunately people are usually too lazy or dumb to understand how good this is and will choose something way more costly to reduce up front cost but much higher monthly payments.

Good luck though. Hopefully someone smart is looking for this car on here.

Tax free and guaranteed. Not sure how you came up with 14-16%. I have not crunched those numbers lately but I think it’s closer to 11% annualized and, obviously, much higher total return over almost 3 years.

I don’t know man, but If MSDs, cash due, etc. were not an issue for “the majority” or even some people you wouldn’t still be on here or SAL debating why you haven’t transferred it yet.
