2024 Audi Q8 E-tron $847/mo, Good Deal?

I’ve been looking for a lease for a 2024 Q8 E-tron for a few weeks now and have been in talks with multiple dealers in my area. Received two quotes from 2 of the dealers so far. I have attached the two different offers below. Since this will be my first time leasing, I’d appreciate any input/insight on whether or not this is a good deal or not, and which one you guys would choose. Both offers are for 36 months/10k miles. Thank you in advance!

Well what you negotiate is the discount on MSRP, and the money factor.

On discount front, you are getting 9% off, which I think is a good discount. I have seen people here have shared larger discounts as well (11% for example). But not sure how common are those cases.

Your money factor seems to be maxed out thought: 0.00213! I think the base should be 0.00191 in your area for Nov. (but you can double check with edmonds). So your negotiation should be to somehow bring that down.

Also look into MSDs, you should be able to bring down money factor with MSDs as well.

Lastly look at the market place, I think you may be able to get some better deals advertised there.

MF went down? Was .00205 in September when I got ~11% off and my payment on an $83k Q8e P+ for a payment of $670/mo with $3k DAS. These rebates look weak - did one fall off? This is expensive…

Yes money factor was 0.00205 in Oct as well. Went down to 0.00191 for Nov. The costco rebate expired a few days ago.
