Hi,
Based on fords lease estimate the 2023 f150 lightning is 338 per month with ~6k drive off. This assumes a 4200 incentive and no dealer discount which would suggest that the truck can be had for that monthly payment and 0 drive off ( 6k dealer discount) - I can’t seem the find the residual and MF anywhere to make sense of these numbers.
The quote I had received from the dealer is 0 drive off and 500 per month with residual of 32k ( 55%) and 0 money factor, including 4200 for incentive and 6500 dealer discount. These numbers do make sense but not remotely close to ford advertised numbers which may suggest that ford is using a much higher residual to close the gap
Is this like every other manufacturer offer where it is before taxes and fees, meaning youre short thousands of dollars from the actual cost?
Cant ignore the asterisk
What are the incentives you are seeing? FYI, there is a $4K TDM offer available for Lightning this month.
For lease xlt has 4200, lariat 9200, platinum 15k . Not sure what tdm is but my brother did have a 4k private offer from ford that he was able to use when he picked his up last month
What’s a TDM offer? Thanks
Ratefindr has them for you
TDM is targeted direct mail. Sounds like the $4K offer your brother got, but for June.
Where are you seeing this advertised, I’m seeing 600-800/month with 6k drive off
Question, if you do the lease do you get a $7,500 tax credit incentive on top of the trim lease incentive?
Online lease estimate tools are always junk, thats the issue. Forget you saw it and only assess actual dealer offers
Thanks. Looks like you gotta get lucky to get one
Do you know if X plan cash is applicable without actually doing x plan pricing?
I know that in past months, when X plan cash was offered, this was possible. However, note they are not offering any X plan cash this month (only AZD)
I figured. 0 down and 500 per month with 55 percent residual, 6500 dealer discount and almost 0 MF is unbeatable on xlt with 58k msrp it’s just the fact that 4k private offers are a possibility with makes me want to hold off on signing. That would effectively make it 400 tax included payment which is far better. Option than buying the truck for 46k OTD and deal with EV depreciation
Any tips on how to get the TDM offer?
Any idea what a reasonable pre-incentive discount would be??
Picked up yesterday
6500 off msrp
1500 conquest rebate
2k private offer rebate
36 months 10.5k miles per year
415 per month including tax and first month payment for down payment
Msrp 59k
Residual 56%
effective MF .13%
In what state?
SoCal , local dealer. The average discount here is ~3k
