Again, JLR dealers donât usually sell out of region unless it makes a ton of money as they may loose holdback, or money from manufacturer.
JLR also doesnât have volume based holdback (may have changed since I last worked with them), so thereâs not as much an incentive to hit big numbers each month

JLR in Rochester doesnât sell to downstate NY. In the same state 
You think thats bad⌠i canât buy from a dealer thats an hr away 
Dealer says he needs to see 2 check marks before he can sell to me and my zip didnât populate those checks. Waiting for a call back tomorrow he said heâll ask his higher ups to see if we can get it done 
this is in NYC?
An hour away in NY can be 60 blocks north
