It adds up about right for $1332 to be doc fee and CA reg/title. You’ll end up having to pay whatever the reg/title is for your state. CA happens to be on the more painful side.
That’s great to know. Thanks.
So, this $1332 is on top of $444 (this is what is quoted in broker’s spreadsheet generic calculator), and that goes to DMV when I bring the car to my state?
No, the $1332 most likely includes the $444
The $1332 is most likely made up of $888 in TTL and $444 in dealer doc.
You would pay the $444 in dealer doc and whatever the appropriate TTL is for your state.
I also leased through clutch/the same dealer. I had a different TTL amount. When I went and finalized registration with the dmv, the dealer had me send a copy of the receipt to them so they could refund me the difference between how much they collected and the final price.
CA reg/title is about $625 (depending on your location) so it would be $625 + $444.
Its very odd to me that they combined the fees and that you dont have upfront salea tax on the $7500
Yes-was wondering the same thing…but it was funded, so will see
