IME it goes to the payments and you just don’t owe a payment for x months equivalent to the product cost.

Spoke with broker/dealer. Confirmed they will honor the original deal and overnight paperwork to me. Removed overpriced service contract. Paperwork should be here tomorrow. We shall see…

Did they explain why your deal had phony loyalty or at least refund you the rebate they’re claiming?
Impressive restraint not naming and shaming the broker whom you had to convince to honor the deal after signing.

Has nothing to do with the broker lol. Smythe Volvo is a big store. They took a loser to get him to be quiet. In theory, he has a lawsuit on his hands with the fake loyalty.

Funny enough, actually have proof that this broker / dealers deals have been using phony loyalty for a very very long time. Surprised that an audit hasn’t happened yet.

I’m not sure Volvo actually cares about this.
They just keep emasculating A Plan discounts to compensate for Loyalty Fraud. I think all A-Plan gets you now is a wordy email from Customer Care about how they wish they could help, but won’t. 
You can still get $500 a-plan cash, but off the MSRP.
It was a joke sir. Though they’ve cut it back several times in the past year, why not another? $100 and some slag? $75 and some ash?
