So showing as -400 means I need to pay down by 400?
There’s no down payment, this calc roll dealer fees into your monthly. It’s off by like $50.

I guess the residual is the saving grace, good luck!

Dealer says nothing off MSRP as the model line is too new and no conquest or lease cash available yet.
Says If I put down 3K to cover taxes, all fees, and 1st then they can get monthly to $409. I still cannot account for the $12 delta in the original offer. Looks like they were taking my first payment and capitalizing it. The original deal was $429 per month but the calcultor puts it at $417.

Can you post a LH calculator link?
417 you would have 2900 drive off. There’s a 100 dollars difference in taxes from calculator and the deal sheet though.
The residual you have us incorrect. I just negotiated a deal for an SX Sorento for 36/12k and the residual was 62%.

OP is leasing 10k not 12k. Residual bump from lower miles.
