Closing this deal today on a new M850i GC is SoCal.

I might have been able to get another 1% off on the preincentive discount, but I gave in. No MSD’s to make it easier to swap out of once I get tired of it in a year  .

If you know youre gonna transfer it why not just roll everything into the monthly? Brings it to about $1252

Fair point, on the DMV fees which makes up ~900 of the cash down, they get taxed at 9.5% if you roll them in (while they are not taxed if you don’t). Theoretically, I could have just paid those and bumped up the monthly.

I was keeping an eye on my DTI for a future refinance should we get better rates so I wanted to keep payments under $1,200.

You can get an M8 for less money. There are tons here on marketplace.

Not on a gran coupe bro.

You guys need to really stop giving false info to people. You cannot get an M8 GC for less than what he’s getting on this M850i. The GC has a lot less trunk money than the coupe/convertible. Do some research yourself before you give other people advice…

Good deal, it’s a dealer stock or build order?

No.

Dealer stock - pretty much what I would have custom ordered. Agreed - good deal, not a unicorn and I left maybe $1K more in discount on the table.

Not bad at all on a GC. Don’t forget to share pics!

Absolutely, I was tracking all the M550’s and almost went with that. I just picked her up and she’s getting a tint today. Pictures will come shortly thereafter!

Started looking at a M850i GC in socal recently… got anywhere between 9.4% ~ 12.5% off on the first round of quote… don’t have the corp discount ($3,000 ?!) that the OP has… not sure how much more discount I can get out of the dealer… and maybe wait until next tue/wed to see what the march program is like?

an example of 1 of the quote with the best discount on the first quote, no where near the leasehackr score that the OP has (8.5 yr).

I agree with you 100%. All of a sudden every swinging D*ck on this forum is an expert at getting cars upward of 100K for pennies on a dollar. I call BULLSHIT!. OP, enjoy the car.

I am looking for an M 850 Convertible…Did you look up invoice price and how do you know the trunk money? Are you a broker or did you just do the deal for yourself? I haven’t seen the one I want I want white with red seats if possible how do you locate that I left on all these websites and it’s hard to find the inventory it doesn’t look like too many dealerships have them in stock right now

They offered me the m8 convertible but it’s orange…
2020
MSRP 140000
They Offered 130k
Residual 52 with 10k miles
But they did not tell me the money factor

Not really digging the orange

I think it’s a decent deal. But not great if you bench mark against the M850’s that are on Swapalease. And if you think you might get tired of it after a while, why not just go down the path of Swapelease and save a little $’s.

Guess it’s my turn on the swapalease end.

The closest to this deal on swapalease is effective $1400/mo.

This deal is $1147 + tax = circa $1200. If you roll das into monthly.

$200 cheaper, even with the mileage difference he’s still $100 cheaper and not across the country.

BMWCCA rebate on the 8 series was $1.5K that would not have been available on a swap and there was/is nothing comparable on SAL.
