Reminds me of the time I turned my lease in 6k over mileage, but didn’t pay a penny in fees because the finance manager accidentally put “N/A” in the excess mileage fee part of the contract by mistake.
GM Financial tried to bill me and I had to argue with them over a few phone calls, but they eventually honored the contract. Wonder if they went back to the dealer for the money they lost out on.
