Bumpy time.
I’m in NY. I see a local dealer offering a 2020 Prime LE for $304/month with nothing down and TTL DAS. 36 month/10k. $28k and $17.500 residual.
OR buy outright for $23,500. Not sure why they can’t lease it at the sales price, which would make the payments be $200/month, but anyway it seems to me a pretty good price for the Prius prime.

I did watch a video of the Prime and I was reminded how much I didn’t like the powertrain on my Prius. it is really a dog off the line. Just slow slow slow, with the worst throttle response of any vehicle I’ve ever driven; it takes years to start accelerating when the gas is hit.
They are rock solid cars, and Toyota is probably a brand I respect more than any other, but I don’t know that I could go back to a 10 second car, even as a third car. The Rav4 Prime is amazing but very pricey now due to supply shortage.
