Not sure if this is the place to ask,
But a friend asked me to ask, he registered his car at his parents who had a bolt a month ago and he is now moving to another city.
Can he switch the registration to the new address? Or does he have to keep it at his parent address for the loyalty?
If he has to keep it there, how long does it have to stay there?
