We’ll need a lot more info to help you but on the surface not good.
Have you input it into the calculator. I’m assuming the mf is marked up with that payment.
Can you help me figure out what to put for “selling price?” In the leasehackr calculator I mean. Because there’s so many rebates/discounts I don’t know what number I should put for that. Thank you! … and yes as far as mf, that is what they sent me AFTER I requested 0.00082 mf… and I wanted to verify whether they actually did that or not (looks like they didn’t).
Confirm the residual and your incentives with Edmunds but should look something like this. Also confirm I got your tax rate correct.
Can I ask how you got the $42,000 figure? I was having difficulty figuring out “selling price” since there were so many rebates and whatnot. Was it just the “balance due”? Thanks in advance!
Msrp less nationwide discount. Might be time to read leasing 101.
Looks like you are at an Autonation Dealer. Their sales sheet is very deceiving because as you will note, at the top it is showing purchase option and below is the lease option. There is no guarantee that the price and discount they are showing under purchase is what they are using to calculate the lease (I know from personal experience).
You are going to have to drag every number out of them to make sure you are getting the best deal you can.
Ok thanks. The monthly payment from leasehackr is about $44 less than what the dealer is offering. I asked for mf at what bmw fs has it set at 0.00082 and he told me the above is the best deal they’ll do.
Thanks I just watched the video
You can try to get them to give you the lease breakout or just move on. There are a couple good brokers on here that serve NorCal so also check out the marketplace.
What is the lease amount and amount due. I cannot see it in image and it does load from link
AN usually does full markup on MF.
Find a local broker if you want the best deal or go for it and enjoy for their price.
The sales price is awesome. The lease payment based on the sales price is awful.
Like someone previously pointed out, it’s because they’re probably not based on one another.
That’s obviously the case here - but if your lease payment isn’t directly correlated to the sales price, you’re probably getting duped or someone is committing a crime.
Yup passed on this one… thanks for all your advice!
