2019 Yukon Denali

Here is the deal I was offered:

MSRP $76,340.00
Discount: $4340.00
Rebate: $4750.00
Total Discount: $9090.00

Lease:10k/39 months

$2250.00 due at signing (first payment, tag, doc fee, aq fee)

MF: 0.00239
Residual: 56%

$959.00 a month tax in (7%)

This is in South Florida.

Thank you.

That MF is killing this deal. Have you confirmed it’s the buy rate? Is there lower-tier credit involved?

That was my thought as well. Top tier credit…

Check on Edmunds. I have a hard time believing that the buy rate is ~5.7%

Trying to locate on Edmunds, having no luck. Any tips on how to find on that website?

according to the gm workbook, .00239 is accurate

Damn. Then might be time to consider different vehicle or purchase options. That MF is impossible to overcome.

Denali will lease horrible. You can get a deal on SLE Yukon or get lucky with a decent SLT Yukon but no Denali

I also got a quote on:

Yukon SLT 10k/39
2250.00 due at signing

829.00 tax in

These amounts are approaching Mercedes GLS 450 money. Keep grinding, pick another dealer, or hire a broker.
:bat:

Trying to find a broker, the 2 that I asked said there isn’t any deals on those right now. I will try to present to another dealer but I don’t see much coming off?

If one broker and two dealers say it’s so, I’d tend to start shopping other makes/models

For that money, u probably aren’t too far off from a new Navigator which is a far better vehicle.

If they’re still leasing them, we’ve seen cheaper 2018 Escalades in the last 2 months. GLS450 is another good candidate. Audi Q7 P+ would also be cheaper.

In case this is helpful, I leased my 16 Denali for 880/mth w/2k DAS. Sticker was 75xxx for 39/12k. I’m also in South Florida. I didn’t think it was a great deal but didn’t think it was horrible either. May be completely irrelevant but I know there’s not a lot of good FL comparisons.

What have you seen the Escalades leasing for?

This is the best I’ve seen, I just realised it’s for a 2019 too:

I wonder if that’s obtainable in Florida… awesome deal

I don’t know the specifics to compare what the incentives were in Dec to what they are now, or how they differ from Texas to Florida. It’s rare though that deals in Texas aren’t repeatable in other more competitive states, you might need to look further afield though. If you’re short on time check with one of the East coast brokers on this forum, they’ll be able to tell you what’s possible at the moment.
