Escalade Lease missing anything? Good deal?

I would say its a very good price.

Wow! That is with $1000 in negative equity from your trade payoff?

Does this include GM Lease Loyalty, Conquest?

Looks like it may be a loaner car, and Costco built in?

How many miles on loaner and what is allowed mileage?

Yep, let me clarify a bit. That $1086 is my last month’s lease payment on my current Escalade. So GM is paying it, but they put it in the discount of the vehicle. But it is just a wash.
This is in Dallas, so I would be paying 6.25%, but I got some tax credits to bring taxes to that $2015.
And before anyone gets too excited, it IS a demo with about 5k on it. But still I think it is solid!

Crazy discount

Update! They sold that vehicle last night, so they are giving me an identical one with 4WD. It’s $3k more, but they are working it at the same payment. Great, except I have zero need for the 4wd.

That is probably the best Escalade lease I’ve seen here. Very nice job if you can get it.

Great deal and even better if you can get the other one for same price !

This is a great deal, not to mention Texas Taxes! Congrats!

That’s a crazy discount.

Great deal! What dealer offered this?

Just to update, I ended up getting that exact deal on a brand new one…not a demo! Crest or Sewell can do it. I prefer Sewell, much better service and will offer a better deal upfront.

Amazing deal! Do you mind sharing which salesguy you worked with at Sewell?
